All of our engineers are fully City & Guilds and F gas qualified and all attend regular manufactures training course to keep up to date with the latest products and developments with the industry.

We also have a superb office team , which includes a dedicated helpdesk which deals with all customer enquires quickly and efficiently by logging all calls , enquiries or queries on our bespoke customer relationship management software. Franklyn Air invested in this dedicated software earlier this year and we are very pleased to say that is all we expected and more it allows any member of the team to access a customer’s information, including outstanding jobs, service contracts, quotes and invoices all at the touch of a button.
The same software also allows us to log breakdown calls and allocate them straight to the nearest engineer via their handheld devices. Once the engineer receives the job, he updates it with his handheld with his ETA and the helpdesk can feed that back to a real time ETA. All of our engineers drive fully stocked vehicles and we also have stores in both central London and Essex, and being approved suppliers for all the major brands we can usually obtain non stock parts the next day
